the rms living luminizer. rose-marie swift's hero product and the piece that more or less invented the category. unused, though the box has been opened.

the whole argument for it is the ingredient list, which runs to eight things: castor seed oil, coconut oil, beeswax, mica, vitamin e, rosemary leaf extract, sunflower seed oil and titanium dioxide. most of them certified organic. the castor oil is doing the real work — it gives the highest natural gloss of any plant oil, which is why the finish reads wet rather than powdery.

and it isn't glitter. it's a sheer, lit-from-within dew that looks like skin behaving well. tap it onto the tops of the cheekbones, the inner corner of the eye, under the brow, or the cupid's bow. it layers over foundation without disturbing it and works on bare skin just as well.
