oroton has been making things in australia since 1938, and this is what that buys you: a linen trouser that is fully lined in cupro. almost nobody lines linen — it doubles the cost and the labour — which is why most cream linen trousers go sheer in daylight and cling at the thigh. this one does neither. the cupro sits against the skin, breathes like a natural fibre, and lets the linen hang the way it was cut to.

high rise, pleated at the front, straight and wide through the leg, with a pressed crease running the full length. belt loops, side-seam pockets, hook-and-bar with a concealed zip. one hundred percent linen on the outside, one hundred percent cupro inside, and a clean back with no patch pockets to interrupt the line.
