structured denim shaped like a jacket but cut close as a top: curved seams run from shoulder to hem front and back, pulling it in hard at the waist before it flares slightly over the hip. a point collar, a deep v when unzipped, a double-ended zip so you can open it from the bottom too, and long sleeves with deep snap cuffs. a touch of stretch makes the fitted shape wearable.

the tag calls the colour black; it's a washed black with a deep indigo cast that reads dark navy in daylight — the same denim as aligne's lana midi skirt, which it's made to sit over.
